Lights, camera, drywall — RWC takes the spotlight at The Post with Sony Pictures Imageworks’ new HQ.

Executive Summary:

  • RWC has been awarded the 20,000 sq. ft. tenant improvement for Sony Pictures Imageworks at The Post Vancouver.
  • The project includes steel stud framing and drywall installation on the fourth floor of the North Tower.
  • This marks another major contribution to The Post, following RWC’s recent wins on the base building and additional tenant spaces.

RWC Systems is proud to share that we’ve been awarded the tenant improvement project for Sony Pictures Imageworks’ new Vancouver headquarters, located on the fourth floor of The Post.

Following our recently announced award of the North Tower base building and tenant work at The Post, this project marks another exciting chapter in our continued involvement with one of Vancouver’s most significant developments. With approximately 20,000 square feet of space to transform, this office will become the new creative home for hundreds of Sony Pictures Imageworks employees as the company relocates from its previous location at 725 Granville Street.

Our scope of work includes steel stud framing and drywall installation—a core strength of RWC, particularly within complex, high-end commercial interiors. As with all projects at The Post, this tenant improvement will demand precision, coordination, and a commitment to quality that meets the expectations of a globally recognized brand.

The Post continues to shape up as one of Vancouver’s most transformative downtown redevelopments. With Sony Pictures Imageworks joining a growing list of prominent tenants, we’re excited to play a part in delivering world-class spaces within this iconic property.
