DLA Piper

RWC Systems had the privilege of working on the DLA Piper project at “The Stack,” a prestigious office tower at 1133 Melville. Managed by Omicron Construction from November 2022 to May 2023, the task involved creating a 40,000 sq ft state-of-the-art office across four floors. The work included installing 86,000 sq ft of drywall, 26,000 sq ft of T-bar ceilings, acoustic wall panels, and high-end ceilings with a Level 5 finish for a flawless appearance. The project required meticulous attention to detail, especially for the ceiling finish and acoustic dampening, crucial in a law firm setting. Challenges included not disturbing other high-end tenants, addressed by after-hours work and leveraging the team's building expertise. The strategic approach ensured client satisfaction and upheld RWC Systems’ standards.
