Environmental initiatives
Reduce emissions, building in line with LEED standards, minimize waste through recycling programs and promote sustainable resource use.
Social initiatives
Our commitment to social responsibility encompasses a broad range of initiatives. We prioritize diversity and inclusion, actively participate in purchases with “Buy Social Canada,” and foster partnerships with Indigenous communities. Ensuring employee health and safety is paramount, leading to our record of zero lost time injuries. We also support local communities through various programs and volunteer efforts, including partnerships with WorkBC. Investing in our staff is a core value, as we believe in their growth and development, which in turn, benefits the communities we serve.
