A Well-Earned Break to Celebrate

On December 5, 2025, RWC Systems brought everyone together for our annual Holiday Luncheon — and it was exactly what it should be: relaxed, upbeat, and full of appreciation.

It was a chance to step away from busy schedules, share a meal, and look back on a year that had plenty to be proud of. Most importantly, it gave us time to recognize the people who make RWC Systems what it is every day.

A Look Back — and Ahead

Members of our leadership team shared a few words about the highlights of 2025 and what’s ahead in 2026. The message was simple: the work we do matters, and it’s our people and partners who make it possible.

We were also happy to welcome Chris Gardener, President of the Independent Contractors and Businesses Association, as our guest speaker. His perspective on the construction industry and the value of strong leadership was a great addition to the afternoon.

Giving Back This Holiday Season

Along with the celebrations, the Holiday Luncheon was also a chance to give back. RWC Systems held a holiday toy drive where employees were invited to donate new, unwrapped toys to support local families in need.

For those who preferred to contribute in another way, employees could also donate funds — and RWC Systems proudly matched every dollar 100%. Thanks to the generosity of our team, the response was incredible. The toy drive was a huge success and a great reminder of how much impact a group of caring people can make when they come together.

It was a meaningful way to spread a little extra holiday cheer and reflect the values that matter most at RWC Systems — looking out for one another and supporting the communities where we live and work.
