RWC Systems has been awarded the building envelope scope for the Clinical Support and Research Centre (CSRC), a major new facility on the Jim Pattison Medical Campus in Vancouver’s False Creek Flats.

The CSRC is designed as a hub for healthcare, research, and innovation. At 12 storeys and 34,400 m² (370,000 ft²), the building will bring together wet and dry labs, clinical spaces, corporate support offices, and an innovation centre. It will also include a childcare facility and connect to the new St. Paul’s Hospital through a skybridge.

Providence Health Care is leading the development with support from the Province of British Columbia, St. Paul’s Foundation, and ChildCareBC. The project design is led by Diamond Schmitt Architects and Kirsten Reite Architecture, with PCL serving as general contractor.

RWC’s scope includes the full building envelope, an integral part of the project’s performance and long-term durability. Work is scheduled to begin in September 2026.

This project continues RWC’s involvement in shaping some of the province’s most significant healthcare facilities, building on recent contributions to the new St. Paul’s Hospital and other institutional projects across British Columbia.
