RWC Systems helped construct the Richmond Industrial Centre, in Richmond, BC From Dec 2022 to June 2023.
The project included the construction of 33,000 sq ft of offices, 125,000 sq ft of drywall, and 30,000 sq ft of t-bar ceilings within a 375,000 sq ft warehouse. The project's highlight was the 40 ft ceilings, requiring precise engineering to balance design intent and structural integrity. RWC collaborated closely with an engineering firm, selecting the correct steel gauges to meet both architectural vision and seismic codes, ensuring a successful and compliant execution of this large-scale project.
