Description
An historic landmark, the Pennsylvania Hotel is located on Carrall Street in Vancouver, consists of 44 studio units of supportive housing. In 2008, the hotel was refurbished for low income residents. The average size of each unit is 250 square feet with full bathrooms and kitchenettes. Each floor, of the five (5) storey building, contains an office space
where health care workers and counsellors can meet with residents. The exterior of the building has been fully restored as well as some sections of the interior.
Our portion consisted of interior wall assemblies and floor assemblies, including T-Bar ceilings.
