Description
The James at Harbour Towers, Victoria took on a new life with 219 modern rental homes. At 13 storeys and with a variety of suites including studio, 1-2 bedroom, and penthouse suites, RWC completed the steel stud, gypsum, spray insulation and acoustic ceilings. As a community within itself, this project also had a broad range of amenities including indoor pool, great room, fitness facility, bike storage, work spaces, games and media rooms.
