Description
RWC Systems Inc. is delivering the full interior wall and ceiling systems — plus key exterior parapet, cooling‐tower and fin‐wall elements — for the new 105,000 sq ft Cloverdale Sport & Ice Complex in Surrey, BC. The scope includes ~100,000 linear feet of steel stud assemblies and ~125,000 sq ft of gypsum board, as well as advanced acoustic finishes such as Acoustibuilt ceilings above the bleachers and HeartFelt felt baffles in the main concourse. With the facility slated to open in Summer 2025, RWC’s detailed planning and execution of this challenging schedule and structural design underlines its role in delivering high-performance community recreation hubs.
