Description
RWC Systems has been awarded the full building envelope scope for the 12-storey, 34,400 m² (≈370,000 ft²) Clinical Support and Research Centre (CSRC) on Vancouver’s Jim Pattison Medical Campus, adjacent to the new St. Paul’s Hospital. The upcoming facility will house wet and dry labs, clinical and support spaces, a childcare centre and will connect to the hospital via skybridge. Scheduled to begin construction in September 2026, this assignment underlines RWC’s capability in large-scale, high-performance institutional projects where envelope systems are critical to durability, performance and design integrity.
