October 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Denis D.

Congratulations to Denis Dorokhovich for winning the October GEM award. Denis joined RWC in February of this year and he continually demonstrates his commitment to fulfilling his job responsibilities each day. He is more than willing to go above and beyond and lend a hand to assist others when needed. Dennis looks ahead and brings up potential conflicts as they develop. He is fully prepared for work each day and does really well at laying out his work and ensuring the crews are constantly working. Keep up the great work Denis! We know we can count on you!

September 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Arliegh S.

Congratulation for winning the September GEM award! Arliegh, currently resides as one of our Estimators and has been with RWC since 2014. Over the years Arliegh has proven to be a valuable asset to the estimating team. Each day Arliegh gives 110%, his hard work has paid off as he continually wins large scale projects for RWC. Arliegh arrives early each morning and continually stays late to get his work done with no complaints, he is also always willing to assist others and support his team’s efforts.

As a detailed Estimator, Arliegh takes pride in the accuracy of his work and is viewed as a valuable member of the Estimating team. Keep up the great dedication to your work Arliegh and don’t lose your sense of humour!

August 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Terry M.

We would like to congratulate Terry McCallum for winning the August GEM award. Terry has been with RWC since 2017 and is currently working on the Brentwood Town Centre project. With a positive attitude and willingness to assist others, Terry takes pride in his work and continually ensures to keep himself and others safe while performing daily tasks. Terry has been known to always show up  for work early and he rarely misses time, in turn the team can always count on him.

Congratulations Terry, keep up the great work as your efforts have not gone unnoticed!

July 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Kevin G.

Congratulations to Kevin Grace for winning the July GEM award. Kevin is currently working as an apprentice framer at the YVR project and is also studying to be a preschool teacher. What ambition!  Kevin was nominated by his co workers because he consistently maintains a safe working environment for all. Kevin is always willing to learn and never complains about the tasks that are given to him. Everyday Kevin is willing to do what is asked of him and gives 110%.
