We would like to congratulate Terry McCallum for winning the August GEM award. Terry has been with RWC since 2017 and is currently working on the Brentwood Town Centre project. With a positive attitude and willingness to assist others, Terry takes pride in his work and continually ensures to keep himself and others safe while performing daily tasks. Terry has been known to always show up for work early and he rarely misses time, in turn the team can always count on him.

July 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Kevin G.
Congratulations to Kevin Grace for winning the July GEM award. Kevin is currently working as an apprentice framer at the YVR project and is also studying to be a preschool teacher. What ambition! Kevin was nominated by his co workers because he consistently maintains a safe working environment for all. Kevin is always willing to learn and never complains about the tasks that are given to him. Everyday Kevin is willing to do what is asked of him and gives 110%. Keep up the great work Kevin, your efforts haven’t gone unnoticed.
June 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Rick J.
Congratulations to Rick Johnston for being award the June GEM award. Rick has been with RWC since 2012 and is currently working at the Clayton Community Centre. Rick continues to be on top of his game by completing all required site paperwork, submitting necessary Health and Safety forms and ensuring all staff have the necessary tools to be successful on site. Rick communicates thoroughly in his tasks and the RWC Project Managers rarely need to check up on his duties and responsibilities. May 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Cam W.
Congratulations to Cam Webster for being awarded the May GEM Award! Cam has been with RWC since 2015 and is currently working on the RGMP project where he is displaying his skill set. Cam requires little supervision and continually goes above and beyond in his duties. Cam continues to share his knowledge, skills and experience with others and you can always see a smile on his face as he goes the extra mile.
