Wayne has been with RWC since 2015 and has shown great talent in his taping and interior finishing skills. His work is top notch and can be seen throughout many of our projects.

February 2020 GEM Award Recipient – Stevin C.
Congratulations to Stevin Chrysler who is our GEM award winner for February 2020 on the SFU project as our framer.
Over the last 5 years Stevin has continually shown his dedication to the team by always lending a helping hand and ensuring a safe work site for all. Stevin’s commitment to excellence in his work is to be commended as he moves quickly through his tasks while producing quality work.
Stevin is a previous GEM award winner in September and March of 2018. Stevin continues to push forward and be the example of excellence on our team. Way to go Stevin, your efforts haven’t gone unnoticed.
January 2020 GEM Award Recipient -Rob N.
Congratulations to Rob Nelson who is our GEM award
winner for January 2020. Rob has been with us since 2004 and currently resides
as a Site Supervisor. Safety is the number one priority for Rob and his team.
He consistently makes sure his team and others on the
work site are not only just following our safety rules and guidelines but
exemplifying our company values at every work site he goes to.
In addition to his safety acumen, he is great at
assisting new co-workers by providing them the tools they need to be successful
on his work site by utilizing his knowledge and skills.
Rob is always looking for new innovative ways to
making his work site and team better in terms of safety and efficiency. He
strives for excellence in everything he does, which is what makes him such a
great leader for his team and a pleasure to work with. Well done Rob, we are
proud of you.
December 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Travis S.
Congratulations to Travis Sloat who is our GEM award winner for December 2019. Travis has been with RWC since 2013 and has grown into his current role of Project Manager. No project is too demanding or complicated for Travis, with his very easy going personality and flexible demeanour makes for a great project manager here at RWC. He has been nominated by his fellow colleagues for his strong work ethic and is always someone you can count on to do the job. His willingness to assist his fellow team members by going the extra mile makes him a great role model. His positive proactive leadership approach to work on RWC project sites enables him to excel at teamwork and achieve RWC’s operational efficiency goals. Way to go Travis keep up the fantastic work!
November 2019 GEM Award Recipient – Craig K.
Congratulations to Craig Kirchner for winning the November GEM award. Craig has been with RWC since 2018 and he is currently working on the challenging YVR project. Craig displays great team effort as he is always willing to take on apprentice and share his experience, knowledge and skills with new workers. Each morning Craig arrives at work on time and is prepared for his daily tasks. Over the past little while Craig has been taking on extra responsibilities and the quality of his works remains at 100%.
