Carl has been with RWC for just over 4 years and he is currently working on the Translink Skytrain Escalator Replacement projects in Vancouver. Carl was nominated because he always goes the extra mile and never complains about the work and all that it entails. He is sees as a strong asset to RWC as he assists others when prompted and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Carl has a unique way of getting in tight and uncomfortable positions in order to get the job completed. RWC is proud to have Carl as part of our team. Keep up the great work, it hasn’t gone unnoticed!
June 2020 GEM Award – Dallas S.
Congrats to Dallas Schlief for winning the June 2020 GEM award.
Dallas joined the RWC team back in 2016 and is currently working on the 410 West Georgia project in Vancouver. During Dallas’ tenure, he has taken full responsibility of his crews as he dedicates the time to build strong relationships with crews in order to understand their strengths and weaknesses. Dallas has the ability to influence others by displaying strong leadership and discipline styles that generate the skill development of his crews.

May 2020 GEM Award Recipient – Ruy T.
Congratulations to Ruy Teves who is our GEM award winner for May 2020.
Ruy has been with RWC since April of 2017 and is currently working on the King George Hub project as a framer. Ruy’s commitment to his work is shown by his dedication to show up for work each day, and having a positive attitude while performing his role. Ruy supports his fellow coworkers and is always willing to lend a hand when needed.

Congratulations to Anna Simpson for winning the April GEM Award. Anna has been with RWC for over 15 years as our Accountant and is considered a strong asset to the RWC Leadership team.
