Our May GEM Recipient was Matt Cronan. Matt has been working for RWC Systems since September 2016, and is currently working at our PARQ Resort & Casino site. He was recognized for always willing to work later than expected and on weekends – whatever is needed to get the job done! Matt always leads by example and is a good team player.
Big congratulations are in order for our April “Go the Extra Mile” recipient, Dallas Schlief!
Dallas began working at RWC in June 2016. Dallas is one of our Foremen at RWC and is currently working on the PARQ Casino Project. He frequently goes above and beyond his own responsibilities, and never shys away from taking on an additional favor or task.
Greg was our March GEM recipient. Congratulations! Greg works the night shift at the Joyce SkyTrain station. Greg has been working for RWC Systems since June 2016. Your co-worker stated; “Your consistent willingness to step up and how you never settle for anything less than the Robertson Standard”. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication to RWC Systems.
Our February GEM award recipient was Desiree Helder. Congratulations! Desiree has been with RWC for almost two years. To get to know Desiree better we asked Desiree some questions:
Why do you like to work for RWC: I like working for RWC because everyone has a great attitude and there’s excellent work being done, so I know I’m learning how to do top notch work from excellent tradesmen?
What advice would you give to recent new hires: Be there, be early, work hard and you will go far.

Gabe is our delivery driver and is the perfect fit for his position because he is extremely hard-working and maintains a positive attitude, and supports the whole team here at RWC Systems. Gabe was recognized for all his hard-work and dedication to RWC. Congratulations once again, Gabe!
