Congratulations to Aaron B., who is June’s recipient of the RWC Systems’ “Going The Extra Mile” (GEM) award. Aaron has been with Robertson since 2015 and works in the office as one of our Project Coordinators. He was nominated for his dedication and hard work. Aaron also was recognized for always willing to take on extra tasks, chair the JOH&S committee, and coordinating the RWC annual golf tournament.
May 2018 GEM Award Recipient – Gerald P.
Gerald has worked with RWC Systems since June 2016. Gerald was nominated by his co-workers for always maintaining and making sure all safety procedures are being followed. Gerald always puts in the extra effort to get the tasks done and double checks his work. Your coworkers appreciate your great attitude and continually being a real team player. April 2018 GEM Award Recipient – Ray C.
Ray C. was April’s Gem recipient. Ray was nominated for his willingness to go above and beyond his regular duties by assisting and training co-workers, and for providing helpful hints to make things go more smoothly. Ray always completes his tasks and is prepared every day and makes sure all control zones are in place before work commences. Congratulations Ray!
March 2018 GEM Award Recipient – Chad. A
Congratulations to Chad A., who is March’s recipient of the RWC Systems’ “Going The Extra Mile” (GEM) award. This award recognizes employees who go above and beyond their basic duties. Chad was nominated by his co-workers for his willingness to always help out others where ever needed, being safety aware at all times and having a great attitude. Chad should be commended for his willingness to work night shifts. Chad has worked with RWC Systems for over a year. Chad has worked on Skytrain projects, Lynn Valley and now the Willowbrook Shopping Centre project.
