Description
The commercial/residential building is built on 1.14 acres on the corner of Marine Drive and Oxford Street in White Rock along the beach front. The project consists of commercial shops on the lower level, condo low rises and 60 high end townhomes.
For this portion of the project, our scope consisted of drywall, steel stud & acoustic ceilings for all 60 units of the townhome residences. The building is four stories high with two bedrooms, two bathrooms + den.
