Description
Calgary’s highly anticipated new event centre and the future home of the Calgary Flames. This landmark project represents a new era for the city’s Culture + Entertainment District, and we are honoured to contribute our expertise to a development of this scale and significance.
Our team will deliver a full interior scope including:
- Interior drywall and steel stud framing
- Acoustic T-bar, metal, wood, and felt PET ceilings
- Wood and acoustic wall panels
- GFRG columns and curved coves
- Door frames, access panels, and specialty assemblies
- M&E, elevator, and stair shafts
In total, the project spans over 25,770.8 square metres (277,000 sq. ft.) across seven levels and includes 2.6 million square feet of drywall and tens of thousands of linear feet of steel framing. This is one of the largest single-interior scopes in RWC’s history.
