RWC Systems was awarded the Canaccord Tenant Improvement Project at 1133 Melville Street, known as "The Stack," in early 2023. The project involves transforming five floors into a modern office space, featuring 150,000 sq ft of drywall, 10,500 linear feet of steel stud framing, and specialty ceilings, including fabric acoustic panels.
