Project Description

As a community hub that integrates arts, library and outdoor spaces in a single facility, this 76,000 sq ft community centre was constructed according the the Passive House high-performance building standard. With a fitness centre, gymnasium, child minding area, full-service library, teaching kitchen, studios, performing arts hall and several multi purpose rooms, RWC completed the interior and exterior steel stud and gypsum; specialty acoustic walls and ceilings consisting of wood, Tectum and stretched fabric.
